CNC machining of PVDF part after injection molding

In this video we show you the machining to a PVDF part. First, the part is injection molded. After molding we drill holes. Tapping of holes to make tread and chanfering of holes. In this way we can produce this part with a cheaper mold and high precision of the holes and tread.
PVDF is an engineering plastic which can handle higher temperatures.
