    Sir i m btech kr rha hu j&k me college h iit jammu m up ka hu abhi kuch 2 mahine pelhe ocd suru hui m thoda dharmik hu muzhe ek din vichar aya ki sadhu log sab chod kyu dete h shaddi kyu ni krte ghar chod dete h vo fhir lga unhe moksh chahiye hota h muzhe bhi moksh chahiye fhir pelha darr lga ki m khi sadhu n ban jau kuki muzhe bhi moksh chahiye fhir bhut jyada ghabra gya rone lga m fhir Mene apne ko sucide krne se roka h bhut pareshan ho gya tha college se ghar jaa rha tha esa lga ki ocd h to sb khatm fhir raste me train se kudke jindgi khtm krne ka socha m train ke gate pr khada tha vha pr muzhme himmat ayi mene body ko bola kood train se but m ni kood rha tha tab pta lga body vicharon ke control me ni hori isliye an anxiety bhut kam ho gyi

    Sir I have many types of OCD I live very disappointed every time because With OCD thought I have obsessive laughing which i don't want and it creates huge anxiety, guiltyness to me. Due to this unwanted smiling sometime i become dysfunctional for stoping it. However many of times I didn't stop it.
    Sir I haven't listened this type of OCD yet on any youtube video plzz tell me what i can do if you can understand it.

    hello sir me sirf 20 year ka hu aur mujhe 2 year se OCD hai me 30 year se upar ke age Wale logo ki tarah dikh Raha hu shayad anxiety ki vaja se aur mera Wight loss bhi ho raha hai me is baat se bohot depress feel Kar Raha hu ki Mera kya hoga kya me thik ho paaunga ya nahi kya me pehle ko tarah jawaan kam Umar wala dikhunga ya nahi please sir meri help Karo kya me apni life achi habits follow Karu to kya me kam Umar wala dikhaunga ya nahi ?

    I have ocd in my childhood.It is very painful for me when I was not know what is this I fight every time in my ocd thaught. I have cleaning ocd,fear ocd, I have many types of ocd.During my graduation I know I have ocd because I choose psychology subject but I don't know,what I do If I say any one , what he and she will tell me so that's why I was help less but now I'm fine my ocd thaughts because I can manage it and I have hope one day I win my ocd😊

      @@KnowledgeLiberates sir muje lagta h ki mane apni OCD manage kar li hai..ab jab muje HOCD thought aata h then very less anxiety hoti h ..m usko bhi let go kar deta hu without paying attention and no reaction se...but sir Aisa lagta h ki mind atka hua h..jab apni study karta hu to bahut hard feel hota to do study.. muje day dreaming ki bhi habit h...vo bhi dhire dhire kam ho gyi hai... Functional nhi hu ... isliye gussa aata h apne AAP par hi
