All season Boehly and Poch both have been asking for patience with this project and we finally saw it start to come together in the last bit of the season. All of what you said is so true. That Christmas Eve wolves game was when I would not have minded Poch being fired from the job. Even then, though, I couldn't come up with a decent second option in my head. I've never been 100% Poch out the whole season because of not even knowing who a better option was. But now, he's taken the team on this run. So to fire him now would be absolutely mental!!!

Chalobah has been the most consistent defender we have, a pairing of chalobah and colwill would be the starting pairing for us and something special. Connor Gallagher is a good captain and a good player and 100% will perform elsewhere if he does. The owners need to learn from other successful clubs of how to manage a club rather than being just narrow on their ideas.

I don’t know what the supporters want but the fact that Conner has been offered a contract that he has refused to sign is the reason why he would be sold so he doesn’t leave for free next summer. If you think Chelsea should allow players to play out there contracts then the club lose millions in transfer fees and that effects the FFP is a good idea.

Positive end to the season, lots of injuries and new players, Poch definitely deserves another season but no excuses needs to be in the top 4 end of the season and can't be 10-12th in the league.

Its honestly crazy how much 5 wins has papered over the cracks of this season. It was literally 4 weeks ago that we got destroyed by Arsenal and everyone wanted him out. Followed up with a draw against an extremely out of form Villa side. Everyone also forgetting draws with Sheffield Utd (worst team to ever play in the prem), Burnley (Horrible). Lucky against Forrest and lucky against Man utd as well. Its been really poor

I can just sense it, the decisions this summer window will give me a heartache. Not only are we willing to sell Gallagher, our captain, and Chalobah, our best defender but we are willing to sell them to Spurs and Villa who finished above us. Newcastle too. Selling our best performers to our closest competitors in the league is horrendous decision-making. Man United could possibly look for a manager, they must be praying Chelsea sack Poch so they can get him.

Selling chalobah seems to me like a panic sell (not panic buy 😂),the board needs to balance the book and since transfer out is listed in the book as fully paid (even though paid in monthly payment), it's the easiest way to balance it.

My biggest problem with letting our home grown players is that we let them go for peanuts! If we sell Gallagher or chalobah go I would be very angry.
Poch has a track record of dealing with young players, he is Argentine and Chelsea are clearly dipping their hand into the South American market. He is perfect for these players and for the recruitment model at Chelsea. And lastly!! Why is Poch being blamed for injuries? Chelsea have been suffering with injuries for like 3 seasons running, he isn't responsible for that.
It cannot be that they just hand him players. He and the sporting directors should be working together. It has to fit into the managers systems.
Surely the board can see one of these calls to keep Poch, be it a video or Instagram post or literally anything let's run this video up and other content with a similar message it's our duty as Chelsea fans to try create discourse around keeping Poch.

Want Poch is not accurate, deserves a second a season is more like it. We want a Superior tactician that can manage a team with consistency. A manager thst knows how to equip the team with the correct tactics during the ebs and flows of the game. Poch looked lost in so many games. Overall grade is a C, we were lucky to have a breakout star in Palmer and even Jackson came clutch when we needed something. It does look like he has something going, I just don’t know if its worth the risk for next season with more games to play.

As long as it's congruent with the club's overall project, then he'll get what he wants.
