Wow! That was the place that built a pool on the beach, blocking public access. Saw that on another channel, proverbial "SH*T" fixing to hit the fan. Authorities have started an investigation, expect pool will be required to be removed and beach restored. Bring $$$$$$$$ in special assessment fees! I'd bail as fast as possible on that place!

Hey, Cooper! Do any of your agents deal with one month vacay rentals? I'm coming for a month next year and want to rent a true one bedroom. I have to work the first 2 weeks, so I will be working US hours and want my wife to be able to close the bedroom door so she can sleep when I'm on video calls.
