Hi Coops,I stayed there three months, they changed my Condo when I arrived and gave me a Condo right next to the kids pool which sucked we felt it was bait and switch, had no wifi in room,the pools in high season swamped with screaming kids and broken sun loungers.
They spent a lot of money on it the told me and fixed the issues now 👍
I'm a big fan of this one. Great price point while still offering good amenities. The gym looked really nice. Match that up with the steam room and sauna, etc and I'm sold. My one concern about being in Na Jomtien was being too far away from the baht bus route, but having that taxi point there seems like it might make all the difference. Looking at a baht bus route map that I stumbled across, it looks like the baht bus may go as far south as the north part of Na Jomtien (the map shows it stops around Soi Na Jomtien 2)... does that sound right? Looking at the map, it looks like you could maybe walk from that 7/11 up to the baht bus route in another 10-15 minutes? It's hard to guage just from the map, but it didn't take you long at all to get to the 7/11.
Oh, and Darlen... I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I love listening to phillipinas talk. The accent just makes me happy =)

I would like you to shed some light on the process of getting a loan for a condo purchase, step by step. Specifically, I would like to know the payment amount for a studio, one or two-bedroom condo, along with the loan terms in months, eligibility requirements, and any other pertinent information. I am planning to retire soon and would like to purchase a condo in Thailand before relocating. Your guidance would benefit me and others in a similar situation. Thank you.

Your CZcams videos are informative. Pattaya seems like a suitable retirement destination. What would be the typical lifespan of appliances and electronics (computers, cell phones) in Pattaya. Due to the salt air, these items will corrode faster than in Canada where fridges/stoves can last for over 15 years. Items in the balcony (compressors) would likely have to be replaced often. I assume condo buildings need more exterior maintenance due to the sea air and that developers are using materials that will last longer in the new condo buildings.
Hi Mel. We live a 20 min walk to the beach. So really don’t have any of those issues you mentioned. We also have a wash machine on our balcony. ❤️

I choose the Rocco version for the 4x4 option so we can launch our jetski ourselves. As we plan on doing a lot of traveling soon 👍❤️👍

Hi Marc we had a spa day at a onsen spa and it was 500 baht for the day to use the facilities. As for electricity we stay in a one bedroom and pay between 2-3k baht a month for our electricity. Smoking is allowed on the balcony in most condos. But we have seen some places that are 100% smoke free so best to ask first 👍❤️👍
