Hi Coop..Great video like always..Still undecided between the Riviera and Copacabana..They both have their perks as far as pools and gym..Beach looks better and calmer at the Riviera..I don’t plan to drive ,are both areas easy to get around (ie markets,7/11 malls etc..thanks for all you do..Al

I will be staying in a condo that is not pet friendly. There are many people who allow their pets to pee and poo everywhere and not clean up. Been there, done that!😬
Not for me either, dogs make a hell of noise when they are barking.
Same. I wouldn’t go near a pet friendly condo.
I tend to agree, however I'm going to do a trial month to month basis. The Riviera Condominium group seems to tick all the other boxes for me.
Maybe Coop can confirm that the Riviera is different from other 'pet friendly' places and have no major problems with non pet owners
All other things being equal, the Riviera condos seem to be the best bang for my bhat! 😊
@@LtDave Not all pet owners are the same! I own a home now and pick my 3 dogs poop up daily and would do the same at any condo especially with others around! I hope to move there next year after I sell my home in Oregon, USA and live off my SS and my proceeds! Everything here is getting so expensive that I can't really enjoy doing anything!
@carolcolton4901 we have had many subscribers stay at the riviera condos. No one has complained about dog noise or poop 👍👍
Thanks coop! Unfortunately we couldn't carry our 38lb doggie to the outside pet area without ending up in the hospital 😅.

Most buildings do not have agents inside. So you have to know a good agent that works in that area Tom. We can help with that if you want👍❤️👍
