Thank you for your channel! Someone understands the glove addiction and makes a channel is amazing :) especially spending 150$ and above is an important investment and I like the review.
One question for you coach, why people are so hung up on OZ?
I have 14OZ which has soft foam where my partner never gets hurt but I have 16Oz Reyes which hurts my partner and feels like I wrapped bouncy tire tread on my hands. That’s why I came up with bounce test idea. I drop the glove to floor and see how bouncy it is.
Bouncy ones gives me the pop, hard fallers are good for bag workout where the padding is like rock, and we have soft fallers which almost creates cushion like Winning, those are for sparring :)
What do you think Coach, why people focus on OZ ?

Thanks for watching my channel did you see my video on glove SIZE czcams.com/video/u4fGUNUfdcM/video.html I check all gloves before sparring I’m looking to ensure bigger more padded gloves are used as we are an amateur boxing gym so more about safety of the boxers , normally 16oz on the label -Re Reyes they normally weigh heavier than the label but the punch surface is flatter more damaging than say winning - I try to make sure the boxer is wearing adequate padded gloves for the spar - I take into account Oz , physical SIZE of glove , that the glove has adequate knuckle padding (no deteriorated to the point where the glove is no longer suitable to spar in) in pro gyms they often use smaller gloves 14oz as they are trying to replicate fights more

Hi, I know this is very old review but I'm thinking about buying new bag gloves and mesh durability is my main doubt in case of these.
Is mesh on rb11 similar to meshes on cheap gloves, where threads are sticking out after a few weeks/months and generally seems very fragile?
