- Well, Rona didn't stop me from tinkering in the garage, Was completely bed ridden for two days though.
So Episode 3....
From template to plastic, all cut out and sorted, I'll bring you through the steps.

It's getting there, just suck that I was sick pretty much all week.
The trickiest part will be the windshield and cram in all the electrical stuff.
Hi Marcus. You seem to have it going your way. Doing right using a pilot drill hole to locate the main drill bit. There are drill bits with a sharp point protruding that will locate the stating point and not slide off center. Don't recall their name. Might add use a pin punch for hole location. You seem beyond that now. Maybe some epoxy between panels and spacers. Do you need metal sleeve spacers where the bolts pass through the sides so as the bolts don't tighten on the plastic panels themselves? Or just use a washer to spread out the bolt torque on the panel. What saw blade did you end up using to cut the panel? Fine metal? Looking good. Don't trip over the floor covering. Have a good one. Learning as going, it's more work that I first thought LOL.
The spacer is just the same plastic, would not need any metal sleeve or anything, it should be just fine ;)
