So why would you want to use the paint frosting vs salt wash? Different results?
Yes it’s just different and reacts different
Both turned out great! Can I do the same process you did on the mega-chippy bench, on wood that has been naturally aged and chipping (actually flaking)? Also, can milk paint be used over raw wood and get the chippiness?
It can but milk paint won’t chip quite as much on raw wood as the wood absorbs it. It chips best on shinier surfaces
