I don’t think they experience time the same way we do. My father who had NPD would show up on people’s doorsteps after 15 years of no contact like nothing happened in between. Time doesn’t exist in their heads. Unfortunately they suck us into that twilight state with them.

So whether it’s been a month, a year, or 15 years, makes no difference in terms of how they feel about that person because they’ve been in a box the whole time anyway.

I don't even look to see if he is stalking me. He has stopped paying my alimony. I will just get a lawyer to make him pay. I don't want to have any contact with him. I have seen him once in the last year and a half. It was in a restaurant he said hi and I just nodded my head.
Have my nextdoor neighbour watching, this also includes getting his family wife and kids joining in, not sure how to handle it all been going on for years, I just wave
I have a neighbor who's been stalking and harassing me for almost 6 years now. She has been seeing my ex-boyfriend as well for the last 1 1/2 years at least. It's very uncomfortable to the extent I have discomfort when I leave my house because she's watching. Yes, she mimicks my hair, dress, mannerisms, and things I do as well and acts like she's competing with me. Yuck. 🤯 I have police reports on her and 8 webcams for protection. Crazy stuff, no doubt.
It’s more insidious now, I.e. her “eyes on patrol” since she moved out and abandoned me than it was when she was living with me. At least, when she was around all the time, I had some kind of an idea or inkling of what she was up to but now, oh my gosh, I’m slammed with stuff “out of the blue“! 💥🤯💥
Per the last livestream, I got some tourmaline earrings. I noticed a difference immediately after activating them. If nothing else, it made me feel calmer inside.
That’s great news, I’m so pleased you got the earrings. It’s psychological, emotional and spiritual protection if you feel it and think it then it’s doing its job. That’s what is supposed to happen. Glad you feel calmer 💛
I don't understand. I'm the last person to be intimidated by a thug. Why is this person not in jail? Because the world rewards narcissistic abuse. I walked away, there was zero chaos-only discovery (there is never chaos on my part with any guy, friend, etc., ever, unless dealing with a narc.-that's on them), but the person is toxic. Why are they watching? That is tragic, bizarre and boring. My mental energy is directed at someone else. Always was. Where the heck is their new supply? Where is their old supply/ex where sex was involved? Shouldn't she be filling this role?
My ex narc mirrored my what’s app for god know’s how long. I still have a feeling she’s hacked my phone lol. She also had a file on her computer of what’s app pics from my phone and I guess she was stalking my friends too and had pic of their photos as well. So weird. She totally felt she could do whatever she liked based on her feelings. We haven’t had contact for several months now. She’s either moved on to a new supply or she’s having a hard time and of course blaming me for it. I hope it’s new supply.

It ain't open for discussion here but I am telling you, Anoushka and her crew are insulated and there is nothing that surprises Anoushka. Nothing. It is a solid shop. Yeah, I dunno... were we teenagers, someone could chalk it up to 'angst' but in the real world, experiencing character assassination is some kind of ordeal. I need you to take of yourself--I dunno how else to say it... But what you are saying, hits hard. I feel it to my bones. No joke, be well. I journal. I try to heed Anoushka's lead in treacherous areas. I am real selective of sensory inputs. Betrayal is a mark of trauma though. It is not exclusively an injury on the body per se. We shouldn't think in those terms and I am not here to tell you what to do. You sound real AF though. Anyway--we do the best we can and I believe you. Safe.

I Used to track my car and saw 2 vehicles going to same place a few streets away. Wow she followed me to the dr. .
