- I honestly don't even know where to begin...
We previously have called the Fiat Abarth 595 Competizione the WORLD'S BEST, WORST Car. Well, Abarth have somehow stayed true to their heritage and have turned the regular Fiat 500e - a small hatchback electric car - into an INSANE performance hot hatch. It is heavily compromised, incredibly expensive - and yet, I absolutely love it. Can I recommend it? In good consciounce, no. But if you're looking for a stupidly fun, smile per dollar EV - the Abarth 500e is VERY hard to beat. Here's our full review of this crazy electric hot hatch!

In Italy they selled literally 14 of this
Even with the price... I'm falling in love... And need one
Almost $60,000? Hahaha. Good luck Fiat. 😅
For that amount of money, there is so much choice of cars with far, far more space, features, performance, range and anything else you can think of.
It’s crazy because they are all sold off
Nothing so beautiful. Nothing so fun.
Bro, that sound it makes it tantalising, it's just such a beautiful sound and it sounds like space ship
I would love to one day see you guys review a brand new imported Japanese Kei Car like a Suzuki Spacial Custom Hybrid :). Id love to see you and Jacob take it up saucy corner
Its magnificent. In US ev rebates bring the price down for that beauty.
Honestly tempted to buy one here in Sydney to put round in, but likely to swap the 205 tires to 215 straight away.
I really enjoy your review and humor
How are you getting $70k drive away? No LCT, looking at maybe $63k-$64k driveway
It's coming to the US and I'm gettin' one!
I had a 595 Competizione Cabrio. Hooligan of a car, very old school on many levels. Just chopped it in for one of these in Poison Blue. The car is on another level altogether. It’s a premium car, premium finish, and is beautiful to drive. Did I say it looks stunning in the flesh. The alloys are a work of art with Potenza Sports. The infotainment system is superb and as a weekend car it’s effing awesome. Don’t compare with petrol cars, it’s electric which is the whole point. Show me another electric hatch with a sporting pedigree like this. You can’t. It’s like an iconic fashion brand. Premium product at a premium price, but oh my days, it’s outstanding!
You two are best car reviewers. Maintain 😅
Im watching from the UK. How often do Australians often say dollarydoos?
Really sending it around those backroads mate 💀
This was the most silliest car review I have ever seen, and I love it 👍👍, I would say it's a city car only, so it has a place just not on the open road, at least it might be reliable because it doesn't have an unreliable Italian combustion engine 🤣🤣
I love the color and that's about the only thing.
if you drop the price by 20k might be worth considering.......
Nope. Even if they only charged $20,000 it is still ridiculous.
@@foxxster3565 $40,000 would be very reasonable
they bought 10 of them in all italy…
I can't what is sarcasm, what he genuinely likes hahaha
I don't understand the price, it has a small battery, hardly any metal in the body and a subwoofer, for $61,000 you can get a Model 3 with 500km range, 0-100 in 6 seconds, 5 people in comfort, Fiat you have lost the plot, how much did that subwoofer cost 😂😂🤣🤣
Almost $60k for a jelly bean with wheels? 🤣
Cool car, however the price, range and charging rates render it a dud.
60k! 😅😆😁is it April's Fools Day?
Wait for the BYD seagull and save yourselves 40k....
We can buy 2 cars with same amount of money & Fiat should have made it bigger so that it can acc😮bigger battery pack at least should have given extra 2 door like Jimny.
Now those are some well-turned ankles! Hooray for global boiling!
One Question 🤔…… WHY
The car looks cool, but I would never want one. Glad you are starting to wear a hat in the great aussie sun
Heavier and sounds bad and costs almost double? Sounds like all the things that make the competizione good are ruined :/ you can pick up a used abarth for mid 20’s and you’d have a blast
Also the bizarre part is I’m Pretty sure I saw fiats parent company said the 500e is the only electric car actually making a profit 😂 I guess when it’s so small and cheap but costs that much that makes sense
lol 60k for that
Hilarious 😂
These boys are SO fine
60k golfcart
All it needs is a non-italian combustion engine, a non-italian electrical and wiring system, and it would be great.
Daddy, it's cute.
A fool and their money are soon parted
In my view we need EVs to be successful for two reasons. 1) To reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Given the instability in the world especially in the Middle East the supply line could be interrupted or the tap turned off at any moment. A doomsday scenario for sure but plan for the worst and hope for the best, 2)To improve the quality of the air in our capital cities and large urban areas. For that to happen EVs need to have a reasonable range (we drive an average of 38kms/day) so around 300kms or more is good range but more importantly they need to be affordable. $59K (minus some change (before ORCs) is not in the affordable range (according to Canstar the median price paid for a car in Australia is about $39K). If price and space are not issues when buying a car this may be the ideal urban EV but in the real world it is not terribly practical or sensible.
This is a car you want, not one you need. Stylish, fun, tossible and smile-inducing. It's not sensible and that's okay. 🙂
Idiotic price.
Tata Nexon ev max
Price- less than 25000€
Range:- +230mi
So basically its sh$t but you liked it. Right!
Why, just why did they bother at all, cmon this thing is so pox.
Pointless
This Fiat is way better than your video. I am sold on this car,but not your channel.
Another vegan car pretends to be a real petrol car
A well designed failure
How so?
🤑🤑 WASTE OF MONEY 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
the color looks horrible
