Currently in talks with MeanArms. I've never had difficulty with the EndoMags, probably because the Ejector is bigger than the ExoMags. I've got a G4-9 PSA upper, and it ain't running the ExoMag. They sent me a different extractor (Thank you MeanArms), but something tells me it isn't the issue. I'll test in a few days. Thanks for this video!
Just getting into this myself. Bought a 9mm upper and a cmmg converter and found out they would not work together. Found out about Mean Arms and got a Endomag converter with a ejector and bingo. But please let you viewers know about the new Exomag from Mean Arms, Its not a conversion kit but a complete magazine that come in 10,15,20,32 and 40 round options" $35.00 for 40 round" . They just finished production on the 40 round version and it has about a 1 month delay due to back orders.

Great video. I presently own a PSA 9MM AR. I bought it about 5 years ago. Works well. It takes Glock Mags, but I have a lot of feeding issues. Solved the problem by using ETS Mags. No more feed issues, because the ETS Mags have a more defined sloped follower. I bought another barrel that has a very defined feed ramp built in the breech of the barrel, allowing me to use the Glock mags. So now I have two dedicated 9MM uppers. Now for the big question, I live in a non gun friendly state, so semi auto is not appreiciated. I had to resort to modifications to allow me to use my semi auto AR9. I want to make my 9mm AR a single shot/ bolt action rifle. I have a Kali Key on my custom built 5.56 AR ( It no longer has a gas system or any gas componants, such as the ( Gas Tube, Gas Key) and it works geat as a bolt action. Having a bolt action AR permits the use of all the deadly features , ( Pistol Grip, Adjustable Stock, and removeable Mag. and a Muzzle Brake ) Sadly Kali Key has not designed or will answer my question ,as to ...If a Kali Key will be built for the AR9. Do you have any insight as to what I can do to make my AR9 into a bolt action system? Thank you.

So I spent like close to 1200 on a whole PCC. Didn’t cut corners on purchases. And had this issue today at the range. Once I get off work I’m going to see if my bolt carrier group has that notch for the endomag
Good stuff. I been having this problem myself. Frustrating. I bought a CMMG Bolt and barrel combo as well as a couple of 9mm conversion mags. Wouldn't you know the mags have no extractor blade so wtf. Not a CMMG fan in the first place. Just wanted a 9mm AR. So I bought a Davidson Defense upper thinking it was something I did wrong with my CMMG build. Same thing happens with the ejector. This is a great video that spells it out.

Great video! I needed this. I have a conversion for a regular anderson lower to make it accept glock mags. Rhe extractor does not work at all. What would you recommend?
I'm having a hard time finding a 9mm bcg parts / repair kit. Any ideas?
Having an issue my bcg is not pulling the spent case out of the chamber. It's very strange because I works fine if I manually eject by pulling the charging handle. Any advice?
Bolt bounce? Is your buffer at least 8oz? 11 oz would be better.
I need to purchase an extractor for a PSA Gen 4 9MM upper PSA won’t sell it separate. They will repair under warranty.
my bcg 14.6 oz and buffer 6.49 oz any thoughts , i use a cmmg mag and can only get one round off driving me nuts

followup i ditched cmmg and got means endomag - works fine - means makes cmmg internals i think but they are not the same deign.
The cmmg banshee with the radial delayed blowback system is the cream of the crop for ar9 type setups
That buffer is way to light for an ar9. Normally a 308 buffer is used on 9mm
Use dedicated 9MM bolt 10 to 11 oz. MidwayUSA has them.
Conversions and magwell blocks are inferior to a dedicated caliber specific lower.
Extractor and ejector are two very different things

Michael Pena It’s called the Endomag from Mean Arms. If you don’t have a CMMG upper then you need to make sure you don’t get the CMMG version.

For the 9mm, the whole thing is the bolt, not a bolt carrier group.
