- The m23 rebels in the eastern democratic republic of congo launched a new offensive north of the provincial capital goma. Despite efforts to broker peace and other african countries marshalling their troops to help suppress the insurgency, fighting has continued unabatted forcing thousands to be displaced and hundreds being killed in the violence.

Yes, I can . Here is the history and cause of the war . The Kingdom of Rwanda extended fron Lake Kivu to Lake Edward on both sides of the Western Valley from 1400s to 1910. Long before a State Called Belgian Congo was created by Berlin Treaty of 1885. By another treaty negotiated between and signed by three colonial powers German, Great Britain and Belgium , Three Territories of the Kingdom of Rwanda -on the Eastern Side of the Western Rift-Valley between Lake Kivu and Lake Eduard were transfered from German admnistered Rwanda to Betgian Congo - the present DRC . The treaty stipulated that the Territories remain in the hands of the original indigenous people - the Banyarwanda but the Territories became part of Congo - Just like Kasai. Katanga etc . After independence the new African administration decided to expell the Rwandan Speaking Community from their 700 hundred ancestral home to the present day Rwanda Country .The administration did not expell MOBUTU's Tribesmen to Central Africa Republic that has a bigger part of MOBUTU's Tribesmen ; did not expell Mr Tchisekedi's Tribesmen from Kasai to Angola that has Mr Tchisekedi's Tribesmen etc....The Rwandan Speaking Community are fighting to remain in their ancestral home .

Why Rwanda don't get any sanction why nobody is doing nothing why Congo is on ceasefire
They got drills these days to work on mines. Those M23 soilders and the rain leader that is benefiting the most from outworking those kids are just evil. And whoever got them doing that to their own people do not like them, because if they did they'll pay those soldiers to drill those mines . Put some real money in their pockets
Rwanda must be careful the west is eyeing it with its progress and its call and the steps it has taken to process raw minerals locally in the continent they do not want that such accusations are how the west invades to reverse progress and remove progressive leaders to put in its stooges in leadership. Rwandian leadership must try and establish diplomatic relations with Congo and settle any quarrels without the West coming in on the guise of the so called peace keeping
