Super Mario Galaxy 2 | Unused Tip Networks & Cosmic Spirits

- There are eight unused PAD files for Tip Networks and Cosmic Spirits in SMG2's files. However, three appear to be in an earlier format and cannot be played back correctly in the final game. The other five functional ones can be seen in this video.
Here is some information on the eight files:
- 0:00 MokumokuValleyGalaxy, Dreamer50.pad
This is a fully functional Wall Jump tutorial.
- AbekobeGalaxy, Dreamer0.pad
Broken input data for Rightside Down Galaxy. Unknown whether it belongs to a Tip Network or Cosmic Spirit.
- 0:19 VsKoopaJrLv1Galaxy, Dreamer1.pad
An earlier version of the Spin Jump tutorial featured in Bowser Jr.'s Fiery Flotilla.
- 0:43 BigWaterfallGalaxy, Dreamer1.pad
Another Cosmic Spirit can be found much earlier in this galaxy.
- KoopaJrLv2Galaxy, Dreamer1.pad
Broken input data for Bowser Jr.'s Fearsome Fleet. It corresponds to the spawn point of the Checkpoint Flag before the Megahammer fight, so it appears to be for a Cosmic Spirit.
- 1:14 CloudGardenGalaxy, Dreamer50.pad.
This is a Cloud Flower tutorial. Such a tutorial exists much earlier in the game, specifically in Fluffy Bluff Galaxy.
- ChaosGravityGalaxy, Dreamer0.pad
Broken input data for Upside Dizzy Galaxy. Unknown whether it belongs to a Tip Network or Cosmic Spirit.
- 1:41 AncientExcavationGalaxy, Dreamer0.pad
The best fit for this is the Ledge Hammer zone. Could be from an earlier version of this stage. - Hry
The last one in Clockworks Galaxy is interesting, suggesting that the layout of that area was different.

Damn, I’ve been playing Clockwork Ruins all wrong.
Something odd about the Cosmic Guides and Tip Networks (Hint Guides) is that dying with the Cosmic will cause Mario to lose a life, while dying with the Hint Guide not.

That Cosmic Spirit was probably erased because she can’t use the cursor, as you need to shoot bullet bills with yoshi’s tongue
To be fair with that Wall-Jump one, up until that point the game never requires the player to perform wall-jumps anywhere, does it? (Unless you choose to play Rightside Down before Fluffy Bluff, of course).
I SWEAR i’ve seen that jump and spin one.
Is there a way to Import the other SMG1 Bosses such as Kamella, Tarantox, Topmaniac, Baron Brr & Kingfin in SMG2?

Years ago, I wondered if Cosmi Rosalina worked for Luigi also which I know is wrong. However, I wonder, is it possible with custom code now?

With some edits that would be possible yes. By default, the playbacks for Tip Networks and Cosmic Spirit force the player to be Mario. That's because the two brothers have different controls, speeds, etc.
