BEAN STEW | MALAWIAN BEANS RECIPE

If you grew up in a Malawian household, you know for a fact what day Monday is on the food menu. A HUGE POT OF BEANS to last a lifetime. What made the stew so authentic and nice was the fact that it was cooked on a charcoal burner outside. You could smell that pot from miles away.
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Cooked BEANS
1 large Onion
1 Tablespoon fresh Garlic (I used a garlic and herb Seasoning instead)
1 Tablespoon Curry Powder (Rajah)
2 Beef Cubes
Salt to taste
