    Hello from England, I'm wanting to make this but is our British mixed herbs the same as the one you use or is it a special kind of mixed herbs (if you can name what's in it that would be great)
    Love the look of your food!

    Quick question can you use beef ribs instead of brisket? Cause I see what you used looked like beef ribs?

    • @malawifoodnetwork1958
      @malawifoodnetwork1958  Před 3 lety +1

      Hey girl, indeed chopped beef ribs also work perfectly for this recipe. However, I did in fact use brisket this time around.

    Not to be rude but you could do it the other way around. Boil and fry the meat then add the vegetables without cooking them separately. ❤️😘

      Hey! Thank you for your input. You're totally right by the way. In truth, there are countless techniques that can be used to achieve this same dish. However, in this particular video, I was simply showcasing the method I use to maximize on the flavours.

    Vegetables added to fried onion and tomato sauce . Your beef had a lot of visible fat . You boiled your fatty beef and added more vegetable oil ( fried it ) Then added your vegetables in tomato sauce to the fried beef ! That’s too much oil , can taste great but it is not good for your heart . You can simply fry that beef in its oil, add onion , tomato and greens . Greasy food not good for your cardiovascular system.
