That is NOT a graphene block. That is graphite. Graphene is on tape.

What you see on the tape experiment is not graphene. What you actually see is (after several tape pieces sticking and separating from each other) is a progressively thinner and thinner layer of graphite. Graphene with current technology as of right now is typically produced in tiny chips that are then pulverized into many one atom thick flakes. To summarize the process, you take carbon black, put it in a quartz tube, put copper wool anodes on each side, compress till you read 2.0 ohms, put into a vacuum chamber, head to 3100 kelvin with a 237 volt charge in 10 milliseconds, then sift the chunks.

I have heard that graphene if used in making smartphone batteries, will provide more efficient battery with optimal temperature and a great battery backup. Its just a speculation... 😋
if you make a graphene supercapacitor, it can power things for probably days. 1 10x10 nanometer sized piece of graphene, which over 20,000 of could fit on the tip of a pin, produces one picometer of power. A whole battery, or arrangement of batteries using graphene could generate alot of energy

If you buy pure graphene sheet it may cost up to 100,000$ . And the amount of sheet you will get is equivalent to 2 km. But it is not possible for now. It is to much light.
