I have never seen a transplant this perfect.
I agree, this is probably one of the best results I have ever seen, usually I can tell if someone has had one, due to me looking for the markers, but the whole result looks so natural. especially near the hairline, which usually gives it away.
this is the best transplant ive seen, all others that claim to make it " aesthetic" just mshow some random math and at the end the hair looks stupid with triangular cuts... but yours is amazing

Hair loss is a continuous and progressive process that does not stop with a hair transplant procedure, rather much of the native hair that remains in the vicinity of the transplant, can suffer and disappear due to the aggression that the procedure on the scalp has, and for the competition between transplanted hair and native hair for oxygen, blood, etc. (hair shock loss)
The medication stops or slows down the loss of native hair that is supposed to disappear in the future, and also reduces post-operative shock loss, making it the best ally of hair transplant surgery, when you want to have a good lasting result over time.
In 50% of cases operated without medicating, even transplanted hair can grow slightly thinner.
This particular patient with less than thirty years a hair transplant procedure would not be recommended if the hair loss is not stabilized before, due to the rapid progress they have at these ages. In his case, the hair transplant was also intended to camouflage the pre-existing scar.
Despite all of the above, we have published many cases without medicating with Finasteride with good results, but these are patients who have been chosen by the doctor, according to the age, type and development of the pattern of hair loss, speed and expectations of future loss (micro-clinical and genetic exam), quality and real donor capacity, etc ...

No it can't. You have to think that you are gonna live the rest of your life with that hairline and you would look ridicolous being 60 with a 15yo hairline. With Hair transplant You can go lower, can't go higher
