Being in nature is very healing. Meditations can be really powerful also. This was a great convo.
1. Get out in nature and connect/slow down
2. Do what excites you and that may change a lot but that’s ok
3. Be more authentic and things will flow.

I loved this interview you had with Jeffrey. I have been watching him, and learning his techniques, but this talk made me love him even more. He spoke about soo many things that are taught in ACIM (A Course In Miracles), which many spiritual teachers have read and follow, and I am hoping he has as well. I do not know that for a fact, but he is very wise.

Because he says everything with so much love and true conviction. But, I couldn't talk this way, anywhere !! Even slightly, and people think I'm off the rocker! It's very sad that I still haven't found like-minded souls, where I am, or where I lived before. I used to think and speak just like Jeffrey long before this wave of mindfulness came about. Decades before. And, it was more accepted than nowadays.
I would be really interested to know who and from where the people are, who agree with this kind of talk. I'd love to have such people around me!!

But, I would prefere more face to face interactions. Get togethers.
I would wish to have at least 4/5 like-minded souls in my close environment. A circle of people that respect each others values, are sure and secure, and have high consciousness awareness. I do meet these kind of peoole now and then, they come in and out, (often distances or family matters cause that), but they often seem to be very lonely in their quest, too! I noticed that those who are such souls, are not surrounded by like-minded spirits either. They are, like I am, the guides and the lights for those who aren't enlightened. It's a lonely route! And extreemly tiring. That why I do seek to create a circle, of exchange and help, with other elevated souls! 🙏🤍

Thanks for your comment. Normally that's so, but in my case it hasn't been that way at all. I've always been highly spiritual, and high vibe, since birth! It's my nature. Always meditating, naturally, and connected to source. Have later studied and researched a lot in the field.
This didn't attract the best people, for me, at all. I vibrated extreemly high. And always was super positive and very secure. All the contrary to what came to me. I have done a lot of ancestral cleaninsing and such, for decades. This helps now to move forwards in a better and more safe, calm, direction.
I know now that these lower vibe people before needed my strength and postive energy to feed off, and also to elevate themselves in one way or another. To my expenses, alas. There are millions around, so like minded souls and true elevated beings are hard to find. That's just how it is. 🤷🏼♀️
So, now, I'm more inclined to be highly aware of vultures, and such, and not to expose the positive attitude or energy as much.. Although it radiates naturally from me!! And closing up is very hard to do for me, because life seems very blant and uninteresting this way. So, I try and ajust myself to each person or situation. Not an easy task... And, been on a very hermetic lonely ride the past years...
But, it's calmer and peaceful place to be. And, I know that the right people are coming into my life, now! 🙏🌟🌸🎶🤍

For anything that travels at the speed of light, for example, a photon, there is no time. So from the perspective of a photon, we are both here in our physical world and in no time. What is no time(?) - perhaps Singularity. Singularity is everything in the Universe compressed into one. I.e., the/out pre-big bang state.. and perhaps the source of the spirit mind.. and Source itself.
As Einstein says, "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

I would say: it’s easy to act on your intuition; the challenge is in the listening . for example, as far as I’ve read or heard, most people do not believe they have an intuition at all . if an angel’s voice all of a sudden told you, ‘look to your left; the person your eyes fall upon is to receive some kind words from you, which will change her day, and possibly her year’, who wouldn’t follow the instruction? . the key is to know that it is an ‘angel’s voice’ offering the guidance . and to have lost that key is not to recognize, amongst the voices in our heads, the voice of the divine
EDIT: on further thought, I suspect that for those of us that don’t hear the voice of the divine, there is an active, voluntary stand *against* the divine . this is the interesting thing to discover within oneself: am I actually *against* the sacred?, *against* God?

The volume.......is, mmmmmm!!!!!!!! Too low. In my opinion......the volume here is too too high to the point of distortion .....and guy on the other side ........TOO low. I wanted to listen to this....due to commercial adds......when they pop on(I don't mind commercials that much though) they sound too loud. I have to raise my volume so I can listen to the video. Too low!!!

I had stop watching it because I couldn’t hear the interviewer. Just as feedback, the interviewer is crucial in any talk! I couldn’t stand his very low voice and I could barely understand him.. sorry .. for sure it was a nice interview..
