Synchronicity: as a performer I’ve been focusing on this saying:
“don’t let the praise get to your head nor the criticism get to your heart” and I’ve added, “just be thankful for people sharing”.
I now understand that I’ve been working according to Christ directions: the straight and narrow or being on “the middle road”.
Regardless of what direction life goes in, up or down, I aim to stay grounded and centred because I know and understand my purpose.

I started listening to the sound vibration at night when I go to sleep and the manifestation meditation at night and they have been phenomenal

Jeffrey, I participated in one of your masterclasses a few months back. Thank you so much.
When you offered instructions to working with energy, I followed along. I took my ball of energy and started moving around my body.
When I moved to my shoulders and arms I was amazed at the response of my body. They jumped, they shivered, they shook!!!!! It made me laugh soooo hard!!!!
Was it a release of my blocked energy?
I tend to hold my stress and anxiety in my arms and shoulders.
Later, I went shopping. I have never experienced so many people saying hello to me or smiling at me. There was a unique eye contact with each of these people.
I felt so full of love for myself and for others.
I did my best to send loving energy to all the residents of Tokyo and area after the earthquakes.
I hope all is well with you and your wife.
