When my son was in the nic u and I had to be away from him my dear wise friend told me instead of missing him, I could take all the love that I feel for him and send it down the golden thread that connects us to one another. Sending the love that I had instead of projecting the feelings of seperation and lack wAs the best thing I could do! My son, from his birth at 23 and a half weeks, continues to be miraculously healthy to this day ❤

I struggle with doing this with my four older sons, just loving them, but at the same time, teaching them how to survive in this world and not trashing my house and not making them pay rent!😂 It’s hard, I guess family can be the hardest to practice all this with, it’s where I struggle the most. But I’m going to try the golden thread thing…..is there a trick to make them WANT to clean?😂😂

I love Jeffery Allen. I took his Duality energy course last year, and it was fantastic. Over the years, I've learned a lot of information and tools from many teachers. when I was four years old, a gold and blue light came to me and reassured me. It carried me through my entire childhood. Later, in my mid 30s I did four years of EMDR therapy often traveled back to my younger self in reassurance. Then I realized, it was me! It was me all along! incredible. These tools are talking about are so powerful and I love the story about being in four places at once. Great content. Thank you!

This was simply beautiful. We try so hard to do the “other thing” when what we need is right in front of us the entire time.
About finding a imagination for loving myself: For me it is the easiest to love my animals, because I just loooove them... so I imagine (or do) that, I am hugging with my dog/horse that I love so much and then a very pleasant feeling comes over me. Then I just imagine 9or feel) being my animal receiving this love and me receiving the love that comes from my animal... it gives us both such very happy ++ happy feelings! That is what I call love, love to myself or love between the two of us... works for me much better as to imagine myself being loved or a other person,. I prefer my animals, they have unconditional love and people just can not give me that kind of feeling.
What’s a dog/horse?😂😂 I’m jk. I always have a lot of pets, I struggle with my kids, which makes no sense, I love them so much! But I guess I’m still holding on to MY beliefs about what will make them happy, even though it didn’t work for me!😂😂

I was told a meditation where you visualise a golden light of love coming from your heart to another's heart, filling them up with this light, to someone whom you love and see in front of you. It's amazing as it's like I begin to feel the energy radiating from my heart not long after I start doing this.

Wow. Without knowing this, when I used to visualise my boyfriend during meditation, the colour I instinctively imagined our love was golden. Like a liquid golden substance that would pour out of our hearts, link us and expand into the universe. It's so cool that the golden thing is actually "true"
For me because I had been running away from myself for so long, ( the exercise with the throat chakra I just discovered why I had been running away and on way to healing❤) so I had been so far removed from physical experiencing living in my body totally other than use of necessary functioning, so my physical healing was being done through imagery of like picturing an illustration of a body ( simple drawing even stick people) I would send energy and actually feel it in my physical sensation in real time and quite effective but have trained myself to zero in on my physical now parts.
Examples would be skin,bone,lymph drainage, light up all chakras, not at once yet.
This is first time I come across your podcast, I am so happy to see another side of Jeff’s personality. I loved this interview. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this podcast, I feel very fortunate things come up for me and over the years I have learnt to trust that simply putting my attention on it, looking straight into "the eyes of the bull", allowing it without judgement, without haste , without trying to get rid of it something so beautiful and miraculous happens a dissolution, a melting down , a gentle self healing takes place every single time, only resisting it creates pain, discomfort and fear,
yes a great deal of courage and trust is needed the first time we finally face our deepest issues, fears that only we fabricated and created in the first place , the more we dive into making that decision and the choice to face ourselves the easier it gets, love starts pouring in and healing light, for some of us it may take many times, many years though undoubtedly it gets easier and easier, and as we gently , slowly become more aware we recognise that we are multidimensional light beings emanating light and love throughout the universe and we all are one and the same thing, we are one and we emanate love because we are Love. Gratitude to all Light Beings in Service to the One.

Interesting! About our two brains within that you mentioned... I've been doing this for several years now and have figured out that one side of the brain is male, the other female...Wich I have learned if done right for spiritual and physical fitness I have connected to my internal Soulmate. Moreover, some belief systems talk about us having two spirits.

Hi Amrit, love your show and the people you interview. Just heard you say on a recent video that want to increase the number of people who hear your message. One marketing idea: poll how many people enjoy the loud scream at the beginning. For those of us listening with earphones -I imagine there are many- it would be a game changer. I always try to gage when it will come on so I can turn the sound back up again but it’s tricky and, tbh, a bit of a pain. Thank you and I’ve no doubt you will continue to reach many others. (I imagine many of us who listen to you are on the sensitive side). There are times when I can’t spend time gaging that moment, for example when I’m driving and my speakers are turned up high enough so I can hear over the freeway sound, so I end up skipping the whole episode, which is kinda sad

There's a few things at play here if you'll grant me the space to talk about them:
1. Authenticity: in the world of creating online content it is very easy to 'lose yourself" to 'conform' to what is the norm... And I guess the norm is the norm for a reason... But the 'YEW' helps me stay 'me' in a weird way... If that makes sense ? Not become too overly 'like' everyone else...
2. Energy: You don't really get to see the guest before and after the 'YEW' they're usually much more subdued and reserved and as soon as the 'YEW' happens - they're energised and in an open space which is something I personally love and is a great vibe for the start of a conversation
3. Legacy: it's been with me since episode 0, it's hard to let it go hahahaha
4. My Super Hard Core Inspired Evolution Audience Members absolutely LOVE IT: And I love that they love it, as it feels authentically me and it's connecting to them authentically too...
So I'd love your support a little further - what do you propose as a solution in your very supportive opinion ?
I have recently (last 3 months) dialled back how loud the YEW is, it used be a 10/10 and now I go 5/10 and I push the mic away when I do it and then bring it back to my mouth for the interview so the audio is 'relieved' somewhat of that pressure of the YEW. But great and interesting to hear from you that I could do more in this space...

Time is NOT linear….quantum physics proves this….. it’s happening all in the NOW, the past the present and the now,… so time travel isn’t really traveling…..it’s just a simple shift….
You just may mot be ready for this info….. Past present and future all happen at once. You can look into the science behind it.
The way human perceives reality is extremely limited likely we perceive less than 99,99999% of it.
And of course, we have our own sub and pre-conscious filter confirmation biases so we filter reality without the conscious mind knowing about it.
Obviously, you and I see "reality" differently now than 10 years ago as you changed yourself as a biological being.
A dog sees it differently than a human.
During the Cold War, they were training soldiers to alter their brain waves to do stuff that gets auto-censored here......
I think it was called Project Stargate.
And of course spiritually minded civilians since then improved on those Cold War techniques.
Albeit very few people can use them well.
So in short most humans think reality works how the human mind processes the information(linear time, events go in order.) but that is not how it works.....
Same with so-called "time" and "space".
Many physics people learn how they work.
But likely within 20-50 years with super AI we will know closely how"reality works" and not how we perceive it.
Of course, most semi-competent energy healers already know this basic stuff if they work with energy.
Your future can affect your past, or your past the future even if it does not make sense to the conscious mind which is linear and logical and has extremely limited processing power.
But practical value basically it can help your day-to-day life if you learn basic energy stuff.
You know better than anybody how the repetitions works.
Please stop this slick technique with advertising in between the content.

I want to be honest. Every time I hear Jeffrey Allen, I just can't listen. He seems like a great guy. But the vibration of his voice puts me off completely. It is to me, a surface voice, there is a disconnect. Some people love the sound of their own voices, but not thinking about how it lands. I do not want to sound judgmental. I am giving feedback.
