- A new video experiment. Let's see how long i can keep this up. What happened 20 years ago this week? What movies came out? What songs were on the radio? What video games were released? What was on TV? What was the biggest news of the week? What are you waiting for? Just watch the vid!

Waaaaa'ah!
Dude that's awesome, keep it going. Only an improvement I would like to suggest, include the title of the movie, song etc shown before the achievement. For example "x song" top in the States, "x series" season 1 etc. Thank you!
Norien that’s what I came here to say. Great video but if you don’t immediately recognize the thing it’s kind of annoying if you want to look it up and have no idea what it is.
Cheers for the feedback. Will take this on board for future vids.
thepeterson Nice. Then these will be absolutely marvelous.
I think it's a bad idea.
That's actually a stupid idea, if anything, the label of whatever should go in the description, that way those of us who already know who or what it is do not have to read it! Put titles in the description, it just makes sense that way, do not crowd up the screen with words for no reason. If someone wants to look up something in the video they can go look through the description afterwards.
Man, I remember so much from this year. Can't believe it's 2 decades behind me now. Great video!
What a nostalgia man! Keep it up! :D
Keep it up man, awesome video
AWESOME!
Please add the name of the show or artist/title when you do this kind of video! :)
Alrighty. Will do going forward. Cheers.
Thanks!
Ok.
Today is right here.
what song at 1:43?
Da Hool - Meet Her at the Loveparade
Sphere is the american film, after they watched Arthur tonight.
Ha, I've also been doing something similar on Reddit for the past few years - /r/TwentyYearsAgo/ if you ever need help finding content. Feel free to post your videos there as well. :)
That's awesome. Where do you find all that stuff? I dropped a link. Cheers.
Great, thanks! I've got a mixture of websites I regularly check to update the subreddit.
timelines.ws/20thcent/1998_1.HTML - for that day's main news
pictures.reuters.com/ - if it's a slow news week and I want to post an image for that day
www.the-numbers.com/movies/year/1998 - for movie release dates
Songs and TV shows, I have to scour through Google and Wikipedia to find precise release dates.
Thanks, those links will come in handy!

Yes, thanks to copyright claims the video was blocked in all countries. Had to mute it.
se foram 20 anos
I was born on Feb. 8th and this happens when I was born a baby. Man, thank god for the year 1998 to let things happened.
Man, late 90's really sucked.
I was going to elementary school in the late 90s and I remember they as awesome.
Sorry, but my only complaints are I don't like it when you have certain songs that are not very good, like the song where the three black women are jumping on the beds, ad the usher song. I'm sorry but this is just not good music. Can you do more music like bryan adams and third eye blind and Marilyn manson, that's better music. Please more rock, and much much less r and b /soul/ urban music. Basically more good music , less bad music would be good imo. And less stuff like leann rhymes also, that's just bad, you know it, and I know it, and most youtube viewers of your channel know it/ I strongly suspect.
or you can keep your stupid opinion to yourself. What you dont like doesnt mean other people dont like. I hate music like Bryan Adams for example and rock music in general
