the first book was in a strange way a comforting read because the risks weren't super high and it was a formula i was used to, the second book felt the same way until about 75% of the way through and then it took some historic liberties that i reeeeally didn't like so it ruined the entire ending of the book. will i finish this series just for thomas? yes i will.
