- A simple and effective guided Vipassana (insight) meditation designed for those difficult periods on the path when you are struggling - with plenty of guidance.
Starts with Anapana (breath awareness) to establish awareness, followed by a guided part-by-part body scan focussing on the changing nature of the physical sensations within the body. Practice when you are feeling like you are struggling in your practice - it helps ground you and bring you back to the basics.

I love the challenging series! I have been struggling for motivation because of time and shorter daytime here in the tropics. But, this video really helped me come at peace with myself and push my boundaries. Hope more content in the Challenging times series come out in the future!

Love the site. You know how the idea is to acknowledge sensations but not to over focus on them. What if you have pain in one are, for example, back pain and it overpowers all other sensations.

Just discovered this video. Interestingly, when it comes to observing my breathing, I find myself wanting to breathe in more deeply rather than just watching the process of respiration.
This “wanting more”puzzles me a bit. Any suggestions?
This is completely normal, and one of the first things many people notice! Just notice it and let your body do what it wants to do naturally. If it wants to breathe in deeper, just let it - don’t try to get in the way - and just watch what happens
