I'll be using your video in the next day or two. I have a rebuild kit coming for a BV on a 1964 194ci. Thanks for the detailed instructions!
excellent video. thank you for your time
That was a good good study on those carburetors good job once explaining
Just received your kit yesterday.. but wow
Its way more complicated than my Ford was
Hey what part of the carburetor stops gas from going back down the inlet line when car is parked and not started in time? Is there a check valve?
My carburetor functions fine but the gaskets are weeping after driving for a period of time, can I rebuild it and just replace the gaskets or is there anything else I should replace when I have it apart?
excellent vidio,
bns dias, requiero de comprar este tipo de carburador, còmo lo consigo con enviò a Colombia?
Do you just soak the parts in the Berryman's? Thank you on advance.
Could have been better if the camera angle was from the front without your hands blocking the view.
Does anyone know what the correct fuel filter is for this carb? Also, is there a spring behind the filter like some rochesters have? I took mine out to replace it and can't find the correct replacement and don,t know if there was a spring behind it that got lost....
www.carburetor-parts.com/Filters-and-Hose_c_1617.html use the bronz filter and spring.
Que medida tiene la esprea.. saludos
I am wondering how to remove the old leather plunger and installing the new blue one that came in the kit. watching the video you did not show how to do so. this is for a rochester bc one barrel,
You cannot replace a leather with a rubber. You must have a carb that has an aftermarket replacement. You will need to replace the entire pump. There are 2 depending on the size. www.carburetor-parts.com/rochester-b-bc-accelerator-pumps
I have your kit ready to go.. but my power piston is frozen.. the needle doesn't bounce and the whole thing won't come out
Use heat on the outside of the piston. That should break it loose.
Holding the pieces up at the top or above the video prevents us from seeing which hole(s) you are spraying.
Really suggest the camera at the front so your arms and hands do not obstruct our view as much, thanks
Can’t see much the way you set up the camera and your hands often in the way. Use better light.🙁
I think you need to move the camera in front facing you or from above.. Half the time we can only see the back of your hand and couldn't see what you doing.
