Two people the people trusted implicitly. Warm rounded human beings with class and integrity, love of their countries and wise to the evils of the world.

How awfully different today! Say what you will about Reagan but, he knew what he believed in and was a true leader. He was a stalwart defender of America and our place in the world.

President Reagan was an absolute Gentleman. You can see the love Maggie & Ron had for each other. Don’t know if it was love but way more than just mutual respect and admiration.

Lady thatcher does exhibit some sadness yet positive reflection. Really a wonderful team. It would nice to see 2 leaders have such a relationship again but alas I don’t think I’ll see it again in my lifetime. Lady thatcher was not hesitant about extolling the greatness of President Reagan or the times they shaped together.

They were both conservative leaders ruling 2 of the most powerful countries in the world through the 80s, both lived into their 90s, and both suffered dementia and alzheimer's in the end. Such a tragic ending for such great figures

The Iron Lady Thatcher loves freedoms, entrepreneurship spirit and equality of opportunities principles dearly. She also loves America too. The former President Reagan also emphasized the importance of the unity too. Let’s unite together again by our generosity forgiveness and kindness nature this time toward each other’s service and mistakes and getting things done quickly together and govern by our country America’s own established Constitutional laws afterwards together again.

Pres Reagan even looked a tad confused, maybe I’m wrong - beautiful dress mrs Reagan wore & Margaret Thatcher, I had so much respect for!! Those days are now gone - alheimzers disease is so cruel, sometimes we only have our memories left in old age, but even that’s stripped away with this dreadful disease!!

Thatcher was the first head of state to be hosted at the Reagan White House in 1981 and fittingly, she was also the last.

@ElectricJohnny correct, on both scores. I've often wondered how those weekly meetings with the Queen went. Did she defer to Thatcher the way Reagan did?

Lady Thatcher took the news of president Reagan's passing hard 😢
She was the one who sold him on Gorbachev and convinced him Gorby was trustworthy. If not for their friendship ,I don't think a peace agreement would have been worked out before 1990
