I realized why all these cliff divers do dives that enter the water FEET FIRST, rather than head first as in the olimpics: to avoid hitting their heads where there are uneven floors at the bottom and harder to steer upward at contact. I thought, "How can they prevent water from going up their noses, if entering the water feet first?" Please Reply: What's their technique to prevent water coming up their noses in cliff diving?

This is so inspiring, coming from a 10 year old girl. I just tore everything in my knee, and I’m trying to watch other people dive. You are an amazing diving!

My cousin was a high diver. She was so focused on her training dive she forgot she was on a trampoline and not into water. Landed head first, broke her jaw and punctured her cheek, tongue and lips with bone and teeth. Numerous surgeries later and she made a full recovery with some discreet scaring. Never dived again, her confidence was gone.
You don’t have to share why you wear it, but seeing the kt tape on your knee made me feel less alone ❤ I’m a young athlete and I’ve just felt so trapped after a double knee injury about a year ago. It’s so inspiring to see someone doing amazing things like this with tape like mine. Thanks girl, you’re awesome
It looks (emphasis on "looks") as if it is *"easier" from greater heights, because you have more time for the acrobatic elements and to get into the correct position for entering the water. Is that the case? *exclusively meant in comparison to lower heights.
That’s normal in diving. Reverse/back dives actually start with your heels hanging off edge. I was a competitive diver in high school and what she does is absolutely awesome! Takes a lot of courage, confidence, strength, and firm control of movement and rotation. The only thing that would give me anxiety is her entry into the water…that’s everything! One wrong move when she hits that water can change events completely. Which is why they have someone in the water to make sure she comes up ok at the end. Beautiful dive! Scary as hell!
With your bravemas shorts, you not only talked the talk, you walked the walked. Thank you for showing how brave we can be. Thank you for spreading positivity and thank you for your beautiful smile. Keep on being brave and for sharing your positive light ✨🤍🤗

The highest jump I’ve ever done is an 8-10 foot jump off a rock by a lake and I didn’t know running into the jump wasn’t for fun it was for not touching the sand so my legs hit the bottom a little but they didn’t get scraped up at all
