Surface fishing for yellow fin whiting!

Hers a video of a few quick flats trips this week chasing surface whiting! Defiantly wont be using the standard trebles again and i was mind blown with how addictive this style of fishing is.

It's a secret : ) any sand flats, you will find whiting everywhere on the flats(high tide or you will be casting on the sand)

If these lures are so good why do you need to change the trebles and use assist hooks. Make the lures ready to go?

The lures arnt designed for whiting mate the trebles are too big fro the whitings small mouth so thats why i upgrade them

Best to use a size # 10 treble and size # 10 assist hooks. Normally assist at the end. Matters not. Try Owner trebles and Atomic Trick Bitz NS.
