  • With a huge talent and big ambitions, that's how Cristiano Ronaldo started his footballing career like many other players. But, talent alone is never enough. It must be accompanied by several key factors: Hard work, self-confidence, and a strong personality. This is the story Cristiano Ronaldo's beginnings, and how he ascended to the pinnacle of Football.
From the islands of Madeira and in particular the capital Funchal, to the capital of Portugal Lisbon with Sporting, until his arrival to England with Manchester United. Watch how a young Cristiano Ronaldo developed his talent through these chapters of his footballing life and how he overcame some troubles both on and off the pitch on his way to win many titles like the English Premier League, the Champions League, the FA cup, and most importantly for him the Ballon d'Or.
All of this and more can be seen in this long and packed episode.

Still other channels done earlier videos about Cristiano Ronaldo career, that I have watched few years ago to already know Cristiano Ronaldo life story. This video missed that he once as kid threw stone to some window and once as 14 year old threw chair to his teacher, but I did knew he was from Madeira, made fun off in Lisabon from his accent, played as 17 years old in Sporting CP, unitil as 18 year old Alex Fergusson decided to buy him and then he knew he year by year became better at Manchester United, when got older and wom Champions League in 2008 and then won Champions League four times in Real Madrid, so I already knew preatty well Ronaldo, but this was still intresting video about his life story.

Its a good overall intro to his career. But there is a lot of analysis error
For example ronaldos first years at united. He was just dribbling winger. Not much scorer. He dribbling was causing insane danger and made united very dangerous
Ronaldo did make a lot of key pass after dribbling. Tried descent attempt. Or obtained freekick/penalty for the team
Saying ronaldo was just a toxic show off dribblier is very wrong. When he dribbled most of time united win something of it
Van nuesteroy hated ronaldo cause he wanted to people to only focus on giving him tap in pass instead of making team win

I know everything about Cristiano & because my family wasn't into football, I became a Cristiano fan. People can call me whatever they want, I don't care. As some people follow a club, I have followed this player for the past 18 years. Of course I have my local club in Estonia who's games I visit (FCI Levadia), but in world football, I follow Cristiano (& Mourinho). I knew "everything" about him already, but when you post a video, I have to watch it. I was surprised that there actually were a few things in this documentary that I didn't know before. the whole process of developing his talent into something exceptional is something very hard to craft. very few people can develop such a long term vision and especially with regards to cristiano ronaldo, how people at utd showed patience and finally reaped the benefits.

I've been trying to get football reaction channels to watch your content so that more people can discover you and help you grow your fan base. Your current subscriber count doesn't do you justice. You should have double the amount of subs that a channel like FD has. Your stuff is just breathtaking.

I am so excited to watch this a real living legend CR7.
Even as a Gooner, I must admit Cristiano reached a phenomenal level around 2008 and has not relented.
Remember Kobe (RIP) said he kept working hard and over the years the gap between him and his peers just kept increasing. Him and Messi have taken the game to new heights with their consistent high output.
Cr7’s Power, Speed, Skill are weaved throughout his technique; see his free-kick against Portsmouth

An evolution of CR7 thru his game , style , positions and roles :
    - In Sporting Lisbon , he was more of a Left Middle/ Left Wing , more on running thru the wings , passing thru defenders , assisting and dragging defenders , and beating defenders by height , speed , and power. This lead him to played on Portugal on 2004 , where he has an essential role on the team in terms of creating chances and giving players like Figo the necessary space for them to do their magic
    - At Man United , under Sir Alex Ferguson , he was more of a left wing-striker-left middle. He would also make a tag striker team with either Tevez or Rooney. His role change from a player that created chances , to a full capacity player that scores , assist , goes inside the box more , goes for headers , and that goes from the wing all the way to the box. He would also have defensive duties like defending the left midfield or the left side so in any ball recovery , a counter attack would be made. At this stage on 2008 he became the best player of the world , been fundamental for Manchester United on the Champions League and Premier League
    - Real Madrid is where Ronaldo make the biggest jump , he went from creative/fast left wing to a full striker. He would finished most of the chances created by his team , would evolve his positional game where he would always appear without any defenders marking him , and if they were marking him it was too late. This is when Ronaldo offensive prowess exploded to peak levels that were never seen before. Him and Messi would achieved back to back 40+ goals on league and like 60+ goals per season. Having a team that help Ronaldo on defending , and assisting , and let him scores the goals would led Real Madrid to many glory silverwares , 4 Champions League in 5 years , 2 La Liga titles in which one of them was 100 points , and becoming Real Madrid top goal scorer. He is at least Top 2 on Real Madrid history with Di Stefano
    - Juventus is where Ronaldo struggle to score as many goals as he did in Real Madrid for many reasons. His role there was a bit more defensive on helping out defenders clearing balls , the chances created per game from his team was lower , and we could say that he joined at the wrong time when Juve was going thru a process of changing players. He still played like a striker , but in some games he would be back to the left wing to open up spaces for the CAM for Dybala to create chances and to attract defenders to him. Pretty much what he used to do at United and Sporting.
    - Back at United , he was still playing as the potent striker but with a few tweeks. He would have to pressed a lot more to recover the ball , he would make runs into the box if needed to attract defenders to open spaces for his teammates to finish, he would have less chances since he was the one that has to do the dirty running, and he would share the striker position with Rashford and Cavani. Though currently on the 4-2-2-2 of Ralf , he is sharing position strikers with Cavani , and its working on balancing out defensive and offensive play
