Great video! I just returned from the dealer for my second water pump replacement under warranty 46K miles. I had the same groaning noise from the brakes. Dealer replaced the pads said they a hard glaze on them.
Awesome video. Will be saving this for when it's time to do my water pump. Why Ford would use a stretch belt for the serpentine is a mystery. 😅😅

I’m guessing the stretchy belt may be for packaging and less rolling resistance.

Have you ever used zip ties to install the stretch belts on, works well for me. I use the prybar like you did to remove it, or cut it. With a new belt.
Thanks. Yes I have use zip ties. Works well. I do that on 3.5 ecoboost a/c belt. The a/c belt on those are hard
@@showmerepair I have been eyeballing that radiator fill tool for a while. I figure that you like it? Use it much? Do I need to add the radiator pressure test kit to it to fit most vehicles??, thanks 👍
I love the vacuum tool. I’ve owned that tool for close to 10 years.
I do recommend a pressure test kit. I have one that is traditional with adaptors. I also have one that I cut the end off and I have a tee at the end so I can tap into a cooling system. Check for leaks and check to see if a cap is sealing correctly or not.

My wife has this car. I've never owned a vehicle that had this many problem before hitting 25k miles on it. The TSB for the brakes didnt work on her car so it still makes the annoying noise.
What other problems has it had.
Truthfully I’m surprised they came out with a repair for the brakes. It is extremely common for brakes to make some noise on the first application in the morning.
I gotta take mine in again for a second replacement. Im about to trade this thing in.

Question: When I try to order teh TSB kit (DG9Z-2C150-B) the website says it does not fit the 2021 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. Anyone know if that is just a typo? Seems to fit in the video...
Sometimes these part numbers do not work in the online parts tools. I’d recommend calling your local dealer.
@@showmerepair I think I understand what is going on. For your audience, it appears the TSB 22-2326 is superseded by TSB 23-2041. And TSB 23-2041 is superseded by 23-2308. The current TSB 23-2308 uses kit DG9Z-2C150-C (as compared to the -B in the original TSB). I've no idea what changed from the -B to the -C.
Sounds like a mess like usual when trying to get parts for a TSB
How many miles on water pump ?
27000. Normally this would be covered under factory warranty. This vehicle was in an accident and the warranty was void by ford.
