I'm 40, I guess they are I haven't asked since a long time 😂
My kids dont like my sports and that is okay. One is smart, the other one does fight sport and gymnastics
No but I'm getting my youngest into riding. He already takes my DJ any chance he gets. I don't even get to ride it anymore
My parents did not know where I was as a kid, always out on my bikes, now at 42 I have 2 sons, a 15 year old who could not be bothered and a 10 year old who loves to go on "adventures" on the bike. I just wish we had more time for it.
I’m no rad dad although I try. It’s my son Harry’s birthday on 31st March. He’ll be 8 and we’ve bought him a new bike and a load of upgrades so he can come and hit the trails with me. I might be considered a rad dad if I could get him a birthday shout. We watch all of the gmbn videos aswell as all the down hill races possible. He’s a massive Jackson goldstone fan! Please give Harry a shout 😊

My parents were supportive and I'd like to do the same for my kids but they are not into it as I was, that's where you have to know when to stop pushing, pushy isn't fun 😉

My son actually got me into mountain biking and it has been our best bonding throughout his teens and young adulthood. We ride together whenever we can, talk bikes, and plan future trips. He doesn't ride as hard as I do but that's okay, I love being out with him.

I saw him maybe last week on his own CZcams Channel. If you know his last name, you might be able to find him. I don't reremember the name. Now I have to go back and look...Hope you find him.

How much suspension do you really need from greens, blues to blacks? Do you need a downhill bike or is an enduro or trail bike with enough suspension okay? I don't know this works but I ride with my kids ... errr and my grandchildren Im 70 .... no jumps , and I have an e-bike (groan) but I live in Bavaria in Germany (Brexit) .. plenty of trails for us ....
I even notice my kids are challenged by their kids .. but they give 'Opa' a break .... (not too much)
My 11 and 12 yr old are infinitely better riders than me! Please do a kids riding special, my boys love a stairset of doom
