I like the image of the Queen and her pearl necklace. It would be special if you did some type of edging some where on the chair to play off those pearls.

Most of the decoupage images are made from rice paper. The PVA glue seeps through and is a very flexible medium… I suppose you could put another layer of PVA glue, or you could wax it, but likely would not need to be sealed.
