Just rewatched a few of his segments. He was sharp!
(1) As Kati was explaining bipolar disorder (she is the smartest human ever to have lived), it occurred to me why you two couldn't move to Canada: there would be no work for Kati there. Canadians have no problems that cannot be solved by a cold beer. (2) Since you moved instead to the South (and are discussing gardening), your homework, should you choose to accept it, is to look up and listen to "Poke Salad Annie" by Tony Joe White (1969), or Elvis, and then read up on poke sallet, a pest weed which we consume in cases of extreme poverty, which may or may not account for some of our noted developmental challenges as a region. Then cook up and eat some poke sallet. Then decide whether you still want to live among us. I'll be waiting for that one.
A really, really good (sort-of) therapy-related film is "The Farewell" (2019) with Awkwafina in a dramatic role. It's about the differing ways a family deals with grief, and it's beautifully done. Agree 100% on "Little Miss Sunshine", which I re-watched a few months ago. RIP Alan Arkin (this week).
Very astute comment on the clutter Sean, it does weigh on us in a hitherto unexamined way. The chaos may be a reflection of our thoughts, and that may be the real weight. Kondo's ideas are cathartic. Kati, please, please get a keyboard and make some great music.

Covid a 100% flipped some switch in me.
I got:
Asthma - Migranes - everyday headaches - exhaustion - weight loss and loss of appetite - and more small things.
Personally this means that what chances i had before of getting an education and a half time job, is now completely impossible.. I cant take a little walk if i forget my medicine because i will be fighting to breathe, and i have had the headaches since i got sick 3 years ago, but to me they are more manageable :)
No question that Covid, has the potential to fuck many over and it did, Physics Girl, here on CZcams is a very hard proof of what Covid can do to a person in the worst cases :(
(She suffers from a kind of extreme exhaustion + a lot of things that leave her in the bed 24/7)
Kati, i have a recommendation for your friend. Dr. Mindy Pelz has a lot of info on hormones to reset a woman cycle through proper food intake. She has a bunch of videos here on youtube and a book. Just a suggestion
