I think youre loosing sound quality with that connection to the Kali audios, there must be a better way to use balanced signal to the tops. Maybe a mackie monitor switcher ?
@@MTD1976 people want the perfect 2 channel monitor setup, some don't even want ports on their monitors, most people don't want to risk hearing a vibration or an odd frequency, but the happiness and emotional response you get from real bass gets you excited, changes the mood, you get more creative and hence make better music when your feeling enthusiastic. that's been my vibe , but most guys I've worked with are uptight, look online about what's most professional and whatnot... but to each their own I guess
Setting the frequency control higher will allow more (high) signal through the active crossover, and make the speaker sound louder.
I need a sub with RCA pass-through, and there aren't many. I ordered one of these in black, and we'll see how it goes.
They DO insulate the inside of those 8-inch subs by the way....someone on YT posted a video showing the inside of this sub, and it is insulated 😉
