I live down here... You did it justice .... Wild life is abundant down here. We have had river otter come up to the side of our kayaks...If you come down in the summer months come during the week... Weekends are for drunks for the most part..

If you want remote go to 'the prongs' section of jacks fork. I wouldn't go anytime later than mid-late june though. Gets low

Where were you fishing? It looks like it's higher up on the river. I floated and fished the Current and Jacks Fork quite a bit when I was growing up.
