Casemiro didn't just play him onside, he didn't get out and close Havertz down or even narrow the angle for the ball across. Evans should have done better to get closer, but AWB was just completely blindsided by Trossard.

What a bad take on the goal, Casemiro goes deep to get the ball. Onana ignores him and goes long instead. Now Casemiro has to sprint 30 yards out but doesn’t and jogs. Dalot pressing high with the danger behind him. Shambles all round, starts with Onana going long after that its all disjointed moment they lost that ball. Onana came in to play from the back but keeps going long.
Onana didn't ignore him, havertz blocked the pass to him so he had to go long, watch it back again. Casemiro should have known he was never getting that ball once havertz went to press. He should have pushed up as soon as he realised he wasn't getting the ball
I’m sure he also didn’t think his teammates would lose the ball so quickly too. He’s responsible solely, but his shit teammates leave no room for error

The first time in a long time we actually played a 4-2-3-1. Normally we play a 4-1-1-3-1. This time our midfield didn’t get overrun. Ten hag system of having our central midfielders go outside is an issue. We never have enough players around or in the box and always acceptable for a counter attack
