    I've never blown a belt an I've just broken the belt in just doing normal driving but that being said it was smaller cc atvs

    Good video. FIY people that clutch spreader tool for secondary is garbage. Just get a long bolt that fits use ratchet or wrench. This tool will twist, snap and bend. Then you will really be screwed out on trail.

    But getting it to slide back In on a 1000 isn't as easy

    Jump timing lol, that's a new one. The likelihood of that happening is ZERO.

      The normal direction of the engine rotation when looking at the primary clutch from the drivers side is counter clockwise. It states in the Polaris service manuals to not rotate the engine backward because it can cause the cam timing to jump. I have also heard this multiple times from reputable RZR engine builders. The chance of rotating the engine by the belt during install or removal is low but why risk it?
