  • This is a demonstration of how to train and improve basic lead and trail leg skills in the hurdles ( 55 meters , 60 meter , 100 and 110 meter hurdle races ) recommended for elementary and secondary athletes.

    i always worry about my steps between the hurdle...there are days when i take TOO many steps and there are days when i take too LITTLE steps...gets confusing-\-

    I'm in 7th grade and we do all those drills AS WARM UPS cmon now we need more extreme teach us how to use our legs doing 4ft tall hurdlers

    When you're 13 and you're 100m hurdles time is 15.4

      Max Liu that's pretty good. I capped at 14.4 last year when I was 15. I'm 16 now in high school hurdles so their higher and it's 110 meters. I run 16.8

    48 inch high hurdles in 7th grade? I'm fourteen years old, 6 feet tall and have been hurdling for 3 years. I can barely do those?

    Bull shit!!! College/Olympic highs are 42in and yeah you do but at a much lower height
