whenever i put my footage and fit it to the normal 1920x1080 resolution the video quality gets worse how to i fix that? (i use premiere pro)

How do I record the gameplay
Got a problem with the video being incredibly condensed in davinchi resovle to what happends is its just half face cam and half gamepaly squished togther at a lower resolution, any help?
Fixed the issue basically all I had to do was go to Output, then to the recording section and make sure rescale output was disabled

Okay I’m doing method 2 as we speak, but when I put my little clip in davinchi, my facecam keep stopping like it’s lagging. How do I fix this? (Also I’m only using one gaming laptop)
My best hint would be, the gaming laptop may not be able to handle playing games and recording at the same time. So while it puts its power into running games smoothly you’re recordings won’t turn out as smooth
theres no plus button under sources
I did this although I angled it so it was showing my keyboard. But then the video turned upside down, how do I fix it?
If the angle on OBS turned upside down . Go to “sources”, click on your face cam source (make sure face cam is outlined red to confirm its selected), right click on your face cam source, click the “transform” option, and then click “rotate 180” or “flip vertically”
If the recorded video is upside down in your editing software, just find a yt tutorial to flip the video 180 or flip the video vertically

my only question about the 2nd one is how can you separate the game audio and your microphone audio, because won't they all be in the same audio?

From the little knowledge I have on streaming with obs , your streaming service will stream whatever the scene in obs looks like. If you do method two, your stream will see the side by side display of the gameplay and the face cam
I’d say make a second streaming account and test it on there to be safe from any mistakes on your main account
The game won’t pair with my obs stream…
I can stream my face or my game but CANT do both ..

Can u just record from your phone camera and send it to your self ?
If your talking about for a face cam then yes you could use your phone as a webcam and sync it in the editing software
and actualy i want to people can hear my voice
Won’t cropping the video make the quality worse because the video is grown
In ur settings u make the display 3840x1080, so it records 2 1920x1080 videos,so even if you crop it to full screen you still have good quality. If you crop and zoom farther, you may lose quality
I don't have a microphone can you please make it without a microphone.
The only way I think to do this, is use a voice recording on ur phone and use the audio in your editing software
