Most people i know who don't want to take it want to know the side effects first. And I agree with that. Most people complaining won't be offered the vaccine, it will go to the elderly and at risk as well as emergency service workers first. The people talking about bill Gates and chips are just idiots.

Honest confession time - I sort of watched this year (with downloaded episodes) because I'm a huge fan of one of the contestants. However, I never voted, it was on in the background and I only looked up when they did a task or I heard their voice. I've never watched it before and I'll never watch it again. It was so pointless and stupid.

We (Americans, at least where I live) get drunk for charity all the time. We have benefits quite a bit for families who’ve lost someone or have long lasting illnesses and can’t afford the funeral and/or medical expenses. We have a party at a bar, members of the community make and donate a food item, people come in and buy a plate and drink (the bar donates the profit). Other people donate gift baskets that are auctioned, etc. Just people helping people. One of the reasons I prefer a small town to a city.

It's definitely too late for her, she needs flushing down the loo. You never know, she might find one of her brain cells down there.

Asking questions as part of a general conversation does not indicate anything except asking questions. It's shocking that someone can get to adulthood and think their own city is a country and that Spain is part of the UK.
Her parents may take a small part of the blame but the majority definitely falls on her own shoulders. It's up to the individual to be willing to be educated. She's had plenty of time to find these things out, it's not like any of it is obscure facts or specialist knowledge.
Lets be honest, no one will follow the "rules" for xmas unless every household has a police officer sat watching

Never mind that it's been tested to hell, probably more so than your average Flu vaccine, and that vaccines in general are safer than lots of stuff you wouldn't even consider vaugely dangerous (like slippers...). You're scared of the vaccine because your echochamber tells you too and you're too dumb to actually learn the facts. That's it
But you know what, i have a simple solution where we can both be happy. I'll get the vaccine along with the majority country and all those that opt not to because of stupid imaginary reasons can stay in lockdown until we've made it go away. Which with an 80% update rate, may not ever happen.
