    I think doing the bicep curl’s arm by arm because unilateral exercise is often beneficial

    The definition of cringy has been updated successfully. You just do 8 reps, and that's it. Easy. You can chill, do whatever you want for the rest of the 1 minute. Right there was already wrong. A workout shouldn't feel like a walk in the park, in fact that's the last thing you want. Catch your breath is a lot more appropriate. "Gym shark". They are more for gym tilapias.

      I think you've got to remember this is just part of a scheme to get people more in the gym and increasing their fitness if you want balls to the walls day one and had the demonstraters on the floor dying in the first video it would put people off. It's intended to be accessible to everyone

      @@rekoj08 think this workout was aimed for more beginners buddy, it's the start of a 66 day challenge. Also a workout is as hard as you make it so if you're advanced go ahead and push the weights or even add more reps? Happy New Year 🙏🏼

    I opted to use my 25lb dumbells and, yeah, by the last few minutes, I could feel the burn for sure :)
