Great sauce with the salmon. If you don’t want to remove the skin before cooking it’s simple to remove after browning each side. Just brown on the flesh side first, flip and brown on the skin side for a few minutes and remove to a plate. After a few minutes as the sauce thickens the skin can be easily peeled from the salmon. Place salmon back into the sauce to finish. Simple with great taste.

I will try the sauce. I leave the skin on and put the pieces in the skillet with a bit of oil or butter skin side down. Season it and cover the skillet. The skin is crispy and the salmon is cooked to your preferred doneness.
Luv this recipe!! It literally melts in ur mouth! Here's a tip if you don't use mustard. Do the same with everything, but hold the mustard and use capers and add garlic.

I love mustard and this recipe looks wonderful!!! I had a mustard sauce on Air France and it was so good but not overwhelmingly strong mustard. This is so easy, plus I love salmon. Can't wait to make it.

I never cut off this flat edge 1:52 when I make salmon (broiled, pan seared) because it gets nice and crispy. That's the best part!
Yeah it looks better this way and also it breaks up more easily and probably wotjput the skin on, flat edges would simply fall apart on the sauce.
