Why is everyone complaining about the amount of salt, lemon and oil ? Aren't you supposed to adjust the ingredients according to your taste in every recipe ? Have these people never cooked anything ? And for those complaining about aluminum foil, just make a "bed" of round slices of potatoes, place the fish on it and cover the baking tray with whatever pleases you. Sheesh! So many whiners on here ! Thanks for the recipe, luv ! Will give it a try !
Right. I used garlic salt both sides and a lot less than her. No one put a gun to my head and made me do exactly what she said. But clearly everyone else was threatened lol

Husband LOVED this recipe! Used vegetable oil because I ran out of olive oil, so I'm sure it's even tastier. The lemon+oregano+paprika combination really is amazing.
Just finished eating this for dinner after making it myself, along with pan seared Asparagus and brown rice with peas/corn and it was delicious!! I used 6 smaller size salmon pieces and the juice of only one lemon along with the rest of the ingredients listed. Preheated to 375 and cooked for 20 min! Thank you very much for the recipe! 😁

Thank you so much for sharing your recipe, I am not confident at all in the kitchen and wanted to make a nice dinner for my husband. I served the salmon fillets with brown rice and steamed broccoli with extra lemon wedges on the side if required. Both my husband and his friend really enjoyed the meal, I felt the salmon took longer than the cooking time you suggested possibly because of the oven. My husband’s friend recommended that next time I should smash the garlic clove and place on top or at the sides of each fillet to absorb the garlic.
