Congrats! If it’s low 5 figs you did well. That’s a 722.6. Is this a keeper car to you or one you’ll sell? The struts are kind of a pain for DIY but the build quality of the year is phenomenal.
I looked at these around 2018 and some of the S211 did go up during the BAT pandemic signature loan extravaganza. I have an s210 I have decided to keep forever. Not sure if 211 will soften a little but they are desirable amongst enthusiasts that don’t want an infotainment toaster made in South Carolina or Alabama with German badging.

Oooooh I cannot tell you how jealous I am of that car. S211 wagons are my dream cars. Almost got one but it was a piece of junk, probably flooded. God I’d love the one you have haha!
Etiher it's been to a good detailer or someone's taken excellent care of it. Notice how the door jambs aren't full of crud and the air vents aren't all dusty. I suspect this was someone's pride and joy

I was lucky to find one same year and model as this one from Florida one owner. The car was all original and nice but there were a few things to address. In the first year of my ownership I spend nearly 10K in repairs and maintenance. That brought the car to daily driver level. I had the air suspension replaced with another air suspension ( did not want to convert to cheaper coil suspension) as well as the front shaft. The work was done at MB dealership and was very pricey. Additionally I replaced everything the dealer said should be replaced. That brought the car to daily driver level. It is a keeper for me. I did not want to have this car deteriorate . In Europe they are used as taxi to 300K miles before being retired.
Congrats, I think this is a great buy I feel like it will sell more than what you bought it for assuming you got it in the low 1*,***, people love wagons and the car isn't at 6 figures yet for miles so there's def a market for it
