I bought my 2001 Honda Accord EX V6 sedan in 2019 for $999.00 with 184k miles. Love it! Still driving it in 2024 with 196k miles. Only problem so far is my power steering pressure line leaks the power steering fluid, so I need to fix that. It's running great! The clear coat is also coming off in various places. And mine is also the fire pepper red!

I just got a 1999 es 300 for 1 dollar. A garage queen california car. Owner went into nursing home sadly. They didnt want to service car. Its a real cream puff. 80400 miles on it. everything works on it. interior perfect. Its in shop getting a timing belt water pump pullies and tensioner and seals. normal maintenance for this car. Betya mine is way nicer. spare and jack never touched. Soon after I use it for a while its gonna be sold or given away I dont need 4 cars. Oh chrome lexus rims too. I got multiple offers while getting the car smoged..

Nothing I hate like a goofy steering wheel cover! Not a Ford/Lincoln guy, but this is a find. Hybrids have been under the radar all these years, but they're back 'in' now... and the MKZ is a quirky piece of design that has aged pretty well for the most part. Not as cool as the Saab, but hopefully a lot less temperamental too. I sat in a 6spd NG 9-5 today and it was so hard to resist until I remembered your timing chain saga! Came back to say that my P3 Volvo (related to this EUCD Ford platform) doesn't have a temp gauge either, just an idiot light. That was part of my decision to replace all the coolant this spring!

I am looking hard at one of these as my next around town beater, what did you wind up off loading that vehicle for price wise on your lot? These seem to be a very unassuming vehicle that does not garner a lot of interest in which I could still pick one up for a great deal😊

my uncle had a fusion hybrid of a similar age and he had well over 170k miles on it before a drunk driver hit it and totaled it. he would 100% still have it had it not been hit. it was a very solid car.

I have a 2002 Prius with 84K on it, I thought the EV-to hybrid transition was instant when I bought it. Just a few days ago I put new spark plugs, coil packs, and injectors in it. IMPERCEPTIBLE now. You legit can't tell it apart from a bump in the road. Instantaneous.

I had an '06 F150 XL with the 4.2L V6. Sadly transmission went at 202k. It was mostly city mileage and carried loads from my grandfather's company. It was slow but it was fun in the snow with no 4x4 lol. I "bought' it for $1. My grandfather gave me the $1 back as well as the bill of sales and laminated it for my birthday. Wasn't too reliable but it brought good memories lol. Very positive if it had way less mileage I would have kept it for much longer.

You don't know anything about a car,you get the warning from the dashboard, you still drive it hard,then you stop ,and take a look at the engine and you notice a cooling system leaking You should of turn off the engine and then do your walk around. Just my observation. Have a great day.
