lol this is the most random thing but PBS Kids did it too and since I never watched anime but watched a lot of PBS Kids, THAT’S what this reminded me of.
They’d be like “up next on/in the next episode of Arthur….” and then show a few clips of that episode that gave you an idea what it was going to be about but were out of context enough to make you go “huh??”
