How many Intel CPUs have 512mb I-GPU. If you really wanna play games get old i5-2gen and pair it with some 2gb GPU or if you want CPU power more and casual gaming get a AMD-APU

Isn't 100fps enough? 😓😅 The problem with GTA 4 is that the fps aren't stable. It goes from 100fps to suddenly dropping to 20fps, then back up to 100fps, and it stutters. Sometimes it happens for no apparent reason, without any explosions or gunfire. DXVK can help with this, improving your stability in FPS, but it won't drastically increase your maximum FPS.

Dude, most of these games would go extremely slow on my PC. And I consider it a gaming PC, even though a bit old. You could name Nox, Civ 2, Startopia, OpenTTD, SimCity3000, Anno 1602, Carmageddon 2, Diablo, Diggles. Factorio and Rimworld are not as demanding to v-card although they need a ton of memory. Gemcraft, Heroes 3. Morrowind is still very playable. Pharaoh\Cleopatra, Prison Architect, Worms Armageddon, Roller Coaster Tycoon 1-2, Starcraft 1, Space Rangers, Railroad Tycoon. Noita and Timberborn if you want more recent. Unreal Tournament is a great old shooter and Unreal 2 may be fun even in 2023. Love that game. And no, I'm not just randomly listing, I love these games and replay them once in a while. You don't need a strong PC to play games. Back when Flash was still alive I'd say you wouldn't play everything even if you try. There were SO many good games!

5:58 I have a big problem with this recommendation, I got NFS Rivals and it looked amazing, I optimized it to run on my laptop (4gb ram, 1gb vram, quad core cpu) and got around 50-60 fps. One major problem however, the game was slow. My gpu was dying. I got 60 fps and the game looked smooth, but every car went 2km/h bc the game couldn't run properly. My suggestion is get NFS Most wanted, or NFS Hot Pursuit.

Something’s definitely wrong on ur end, cause I finished gta iv on intel hd 3000, i5 3rd gen and 8gb ram, and it ran well over 30fps, the game has some windows compatibility issue, if you’re not On windows 7, download game for windows live, there was a fix I saw here on CZcams and it helped, and b4 opening the game check ur task manager to see if any other program is using up ur cpu or ram
