- TAKOYAKI
Ingredients
・3 eggs
・1100cc water
・300g flour
・8g powder dashi
・15cc soy sauce
・200-250g boiled octopus
・1 green onion
・Appropriate amount of tenkasu(deep fried batter) and red ginger
・Appropriate amount of takoyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, aonori(green seaweed)
・Appropriate amount of oil
Recipe
・Crack the eggs ,mix well.
・Add water, dashi powder, and soy sauce, mix well.
・Add flour, mix well.
It’s okay if it didn’t mix perfectly.
Let it sit for 30 minutes over.
・After 30 minutes, it’s will become smooth dough.
・Cut the green onion and the boiled octopus.
・Pour the oil into heated the takoyaki pan.
Pour the dough.
・Add boiled octopus, tenkasu (deep fried batter), red ginger.
・Make rough cut.
Flip it little by little while cooking. Cook it until brown.
・Place on a plate.
Then put on sauce and mayonnaise.
Top with the bonito flakes, aonori, and green onion.
