Thanks a whole bunch for making this video for those who are having a hard time making them!
super helpful. the process on how to make my fav takoyaki is really clear and precise. Thank you so much for this video.
It does not matter how long is a video as long you are teaching the right thing and giving instructions
It's like an ASMR video. Love it. Love takoyaki. Love you guys!
It really is just nice sizzling
one of your best video ever! thanks for recipe....love takoyaki so much now i can make it from my own kitchen!
I like it better with music and talking. I've been craving takoyaki lately but the takoyaki stand where I'm at opens really late like after 5 or something so this definitely made my day. must smell so good :)
I really enjoyed how focused this video was. very sharp presentation of the process.
Aside from traditional noodle soup and ramen, Fried Octopus balls are at the top of my list of foods I wanna try while in japan.
Thanks for the recipe! Intuitive cooking involves all senses of seeing, touching, smelling, tasting and listening. In the absence of music and commentary, the sound of the cooking provided a fresh yet very nostalgic perspective ... like listening to loved ones preparing a thoughtful meal in the kitchen. Regards.
I preferred this one because i think it will cook well compared to others ..uncooked inside ... thank you for sharing it .. love it!!!!!!!
Hey guy's enjoy ur video thanks stay safe God BLESS to all
This was wonderful, very helpful, relaxing, beautiful to watch. Thank you !
I've had takoyaki at a food court in Mitsuwa Market here in California. It was a little spot where they also made okonomiyaki, but I just HAD to have the takoyaki. Worth every penny. My husband is always a little reserved at trying new things, but he absolutely adored it as well. Hot, fresh, and delicious!
Waoooo looks yummy I will try to cook this recipe when I will be back to the philippines..thanks for sharing this video.
this was a fantastic video - really gave me an appreciation for the timing, look of each step, and fully gratified by the conclusion. thank you for a great video.
Those look absolutely delightful!
Thank you for sharing the process of preparing them in full, I shall be trying a myriad of combinations
IT WAS THE MOST AWESOME RECIPE EVER
I really enjoyed watching. It was very peaceful. Thank you.
It is really fun getting to see the whole unedited process of you cooking. this was really enjoyable. you two (shinichi is still my favorite, don't let satoshi find out :P) are the absolute best. My favorite channel on the CZcams
i would love to try a version of this
Very beautifully done video! And relaxing 😊
That made my mouth water looks really good I'm going to try to make them soon
I've made the takoyaki already. This video is really helpful. My first try was already a success. Thank you for sharing
Tabieats thank you so much for the video of how to make a takoyaki step by step it's one of my favorite Japan street food.. it looks yummy

I'm always amazed at how the takoyaki turn out nice and round at the end! Well done video and it didn't seem long at all :)
I've never had takoyaki before but it looks amazing
Molten balls of happiness.
Heather Banyay I have and it taste like heaven
+redstone craft guy hey bro
Me neither. I really want to try it. Maybe i'll make some of my own and use instructions online(such as this video), but i'm not sure how similar it'll be to those street takoyaki venders in Japan though.
It is
Love the ASMR component of the no-talk style. Excellent.
yesss! another video from my favorite duo! 😍 I love you both! you're both adorable and fun and interesting~
oh, I think that this type of video (the no-talking-and-more-of-showing type) is great once in a while. it makes me concentrate more on the process. thank you! ^~^
You guys really made me sooo hungry. Am going to try. Keep sharing your COOKING.
.
i love takoyaki! wish i could make them.
i looove takoyaki! i hope i can have takoyaki plate so id be able to make yummy takoyaki like you guys did :-)
Never had this before, but it looked so yummy!
My favorite... I love Japanese food..thank you so much for sharing this video..
Very helpful. It's nice just watch n learn
I really want to cook this and share it to my friends.
Delicious!!!! I had several combinations and can't get over how lovely, delicious, and versatile takoyaki is. In a pinch you can throw in hot dogs, corn, and cheese. And then top it off with thin threads of ketchup or mayo. You can go the sweet route too and put in chocolate chips and top it off with syrup or Nutella. The combinations are endless! Thanks so much for showing your method. I really appreciate it as sometimes our local store here runs out of the takoyaki batter. Keep up the great work!!!
i think both videos are good because at least with the second video you know you're a little bit slower and you're not really talking, so people that aren't experienced in cooking it's a little bit easier for them. But either way your guys's videos are great you did a great job Shinichi and can't wait for your next video!😋💖🍴
Amazing how round they become!
Made my first batch after getting my takoyaki maker from Amazon ($29). I went to my local Asian market for the ingredients. They had almost everything I needed. I would recommend for those not proficient with chop sticks to use a very small silicon spatula. Thank you for your wonderful recipe! Love this channel 😀
Guys, you just presented me with another Japanese food that I've never heard of before! This is awesome! My mouth is watering for your takoyaki!
I have had takoyaki 4 times in my weeklong trip to Japan and loved it every time. Definitely going to get one of these pans when I come back and modify the recipe for other things
Finally found a recipe for the funky pan I found at the thrift store!
Thanks, I love this style instruction!
💚
Loved this style (of course love videos with talking as well) but it was actually relaxing too haha
Just had some for the first time. At first I wasn’t sure but three deep and now I’m hooked on it
So glad you enjoyed them
Beautifully done ... Thank you so much for that instructional video!
Thank you for sharing this recipe first time I cooked this Takayoki recipe, I did really good, love the taste of it awesome! and to let everyone know that you can make your own recipe for filling.
That’s looks Delicious! I’m not a great cook because of all the preparations lose my attention, but I could do this, I think. Simple prep, but constant attention to turning will keep my focus. End product looks sooo good! Thank you for sharing ♥️
Very useful video. Thank you!
Looove it!!! After watching this I think I'm ready to try with my new cast iron takoyaki pan. Thank you both! ❤ Much love from Texas USA
I love watching your videos! always makes me sooo hungry so I enjoy watching your "How to Make" videos! :D
Thank you for making this longer! We will attempt to make some tomorrow!
I love this videos! And I'm definitely going to try this recipe, hoping I can find the pan. Love you guys!!!
it looked so yummy, I could smell it across my screen.
Nicely done. Dialog wasn't necessary. Captions worked perfectly .
I will definitely try this!!! You did a great job making the takoyaki!
I enjoyed this video a lot! it's different from your usual style but easier to pay attention to the cooking part!
Im not a big fan of the octopus part but man that looked yummy with all those different things you put in! And I really liked the video style as well for the actual directions/instruction on how to make these, as much as I love to see the things you guys come up with and all your trips and things that include you guys I did really enjoy this style of video too!
Thank you for sharing. I'm going to attempt making this appetizer this weekend.
Thanks guys! We just added the link to your vid here in a vid we posted today making this but using a local sea snail in place of the tako. It was still so good! Thank you so much for your recipe!
it's so pleasant to watch and hear the takoyaki sizzle that I can almost smell it. this is a perfect match for some sake. cheers!
2 weeks ago, I subscribed to your channel just for fun you know. I love your delicious taste tests(mostly the onigiri hauls) videos. And last week, I tried out the yaki onigiri recipe you guys uploaded. And omg, it's delicious! Hope I can see more food tutorial from you guys~
So cool I love your videos!!!! Japan was never a place I thought I had interest in going but since I have found your page I have now added it to my places to visit.
Takoyaki is my favorite Japanese meal! Great work Shinichi

That looks amazing and delicious.
I love this video it helped me make it so good my first time "Thanks".
I'm getting a takoyaki pan for Christmas. (because of this video) great video just the right style and length. keep up the great work!
The video was very enjoyable and calming even with no talk or music (:
This is just perfect.. unintentional ASMR 🤗
I liked the way you did this video. Right to the point.. Someone like me that likes to copy recipes and play the video as I cook it it works. To much talking can get on my nerves some times. But everyone is different. Some will some won’t. No matter how you change your video style I’ll keep watching cause I just love you guys. Hugs
Totally agree about the videos that blab-blab-blab about nothing related to the actual video.
Did you make the recipe?
i loved this!
I need that pan! What a satisfying video.
Awesome How-To! You should make a whole series like this in addition to your regular videos!
WOW What skill. I wasn't expecting to see that. You make it look so easy.
Thsnk you ,love your recipes
Seeing this I cant help but miss Japan
Wow delicious! Thanks for sharing the recipe
I cannot wait to do this recipe.
Great video guys❗️Thanks❗️
Thank you for the great video. It seems like people are getting away from making cooking videos in real time. They seem to be editing everything and cutting from scene to scene you can't keep up. Its nice to see a nice relaxed video I can cook while I watch.
My mouth is watering 🤤. I love takoyaki so much. 😭
Looks so nice and tasty, unlike what we have here in Thailand it's almost always much more oily. I had Takoyaki in a palour named Takoyaki once in Shinjuku, they have pink pickled ginger in them takoyakis too-this video reminds me of that, and oh how I wish I could just be there now! Thank you guys!!
good camera work on the griddle!! I wanna try those some day, I love octopus!!
this is so delicious
Ahhhh! I love watching you cook! Nice pan by the way! 30 spots!! Mine only has 20. But that's ok 'cause my grandkids & I have such fun making them! Thanks for the great recipe!
Looks so yummmmy
Amazing. Delicious.
Yessss!!! they look so good! I might ask my sister to get me a takoyaki pan for Christmas this year. 😄 As usual thanks for another great recipe and I hope y'all are doing great! 😁
