i learn from you more than i ever learned in architecture school!!!!!!!
Same as the last guy, the timing of this is perfect. I'm working on a project where they want to do a Mid Century Modern breeze block wall, and my best stab at it was to model the block as a static family and just duplicate it. It works, but I never even thought about trying to create a curtain wall out of it!
I am impressed with myself, i had a project handed over to me by a colleague mid design phase, and there were a lot of breeze block walls made using families, which has all sorts of problems, mainly not being automatically embedded in walls. I managed to make it like the tutorial without watching it or any other video because i didn't think people would use Revit for creating breeze block walls. This gives me a confidence boost in my Revit skills
the timing is gold!! thank you!!!
This is perfect timing. I'm currently doing a school project for something in the Kenyan Coast and they a lot of similar elements called 'Mashrubiya'. I had tried using normal walls then edit profile but wasn't happy with the results

According to the inventors, here in Brazil it is called COBOGÓ (based on their surnames Coimbra, Boeckmann and Góis)
This is awesome are you able to drop these items into a schedule as well so you can count how many pieces are into the facade ?
May you include the insertable images you use in your videos in the description
